Participants can work abroad for 6–12 weeks, 3–6 months, or even 6–18 months based on their preference and qualifications, gaining exposure to different cultures and work environments while developing their professional skills. AIESEC’s Global Teacher program, on the other hand, offers teaching opportunities overseas,allowing participants to gain cross-cultural teaching experience while making a positive impact on local communities.
